We’ve strengthened our suspension testing capability with the installation of the Mechatronics Labs MLSY-Max, the highest-specification damper dynamometer in the Mechatronics range.
This professional-grade system enables precise, repeatable, high-resolution analysis of damper performance across a wide range of speeds and strokes. With high motor power, substantial load capacity, and comprehensive data capture — including force, velocity, displacement, and hysteresis — we can accurately characterise damping curves and validate performance in-house.
The MLSY-Max allows us to deliver faster verification, greater consistency, and fully documented test data for both standard and bespoke suspension applications.
