Turbo Technics can replace a failed turbo from a range of cost-effective, brand new turbochargers. These are engineered, assembled and calibrated in-house as direct replacements for most car and light commercial vehicle models, available off-the-shelf.
New TT turbos offer an alternative to a reconditioned turbocharger and are more cost-effective than a new OEM turbo. Most turbos are available for next-day delivery.

The standard turbo is replicated using new parts engineered by Turbo Technics to match the original specification, and assembled at the UK production facility. A comprehensive in-house manufacturing and quality control system involves inspection at each stage of production, to ensure the integrity and reliability of the final product. All turbo assemblies are balanced at speeds close to operating speed to ensure quiet, reliable operation, using TT’s own VSR™ high-speed core-balancing machines.
Using the design capability and experience of the in-house engineering team, in some instances an original part will even be re-engineered to an improved specification where there is a known weakness in service.
